Quality Assurance 
Our quality manual now meets the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2008 and includes procedures to give full traceability of materials and in-process control to ensure that customers specifications are met.
Qualified ICORR inspectors monitor all stages of production and certificates of conformity/test certificates are obtained from suppliers for materials where conformation of the composition of the material and/or its performance is required.
Quality records are keep for upto 30 years. Certification of Conformity, detailed paint reports, salt test reports and adhesion (destructive test) reports are available upon request.
We also offer a consultancy service to advise customers on the most cost effective way of dealing with a particular problem. We are able to recommend specialised coatings where a severely hostile environment or an unusual component shape is involved.
