Glass Flake
Glass Flake reinforced linings and coatings offer maximum protection to a variety of substrates against corrosion, erosion, chemical attack, abrasion and impact.
These linings are constructed by suspending thin flakes of glass in a resin, when sprayed, the fine glass bonds together to form a very tough finish. The range of base resins is such that high bond strength can be acheived on almost every substrate.
Glass Flake can be employed throughout a range of applications including usage with water and food projects through to chemical resistance where spillage may occur or for coating pump assemblies, valves, pipework etc which handle seawater.
